HOW REVEALI WORKS WITH HOME-BUYERS (in detail)
(1) Whether they’re online or right out front, prospects see a property for sale that they’re interested in touring.
(2) They enter the address and their contact info.
(3) They specify their time-frame preference: Tour property now or schedule a tour.
(4) Reveali verifies that the lead is sound.
(5) We alert available agents instantly when a showing request is made in their neighborhood.
(6) First available agent claims the lead, contacts the prospects, and manages the relationship from there.
(7) Only referrals leading to sales are commissionable – in which case, agent pays Reveali a referral fee.

HOW REVEALI WORKS WITH HOMEOWNERS (in detail)
(1) A homeowner is thinking it’s time for a change (IE: move or remodel), but doesn’t know where to start, and doesn’t have an existing agent relationship.
(2) In Reveali, they initiate a request for an agent to contact them.
(3) They enter their address and contact info.
(4) Reveali verifies that the lead is sound.
(5) Available agents with territories near the property are instantly alerted.
(6) First available agent claims the lead, contacts the prospects, and manages the relationship from there.
(7) Only referrals leading to sales are commissionable – in which case, agent pays Reveali a referral fee.
ABOUT OUR REFERRAL FEES
It’s our goal to provide better value than any other referral service, and consistently better leads, without charging extra. At Reveali, earning your trust starts with earning your business.
Toward that end, we never charge agents for up-front subscription fees, and if you close a deal with a lead we send you within 24 months, you pay Reveali a modest 25% referral fee – which is due from your broker at the time of closing.
CANCEL ANYTIME
If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the value of Reveali’s service, just email sales@reveali.com a notice of account cancellation – and CC your broker.
Please note that any leads you receive from Reveali will still be commissionable if you close a deal, with the individual(s) we sent you, within 24 months of the date you claimed the lead.
