My family lived in this house for two years and recently purchased another home in RB a few blocks away. This is a very quiet street and corner; it’s great for small kids and there are families with small children in every direction of this house. It’s on one of the largest lots in this area of RB as it’s a corner lot. The backyard has an excellent outdoor area that was added by the first owner. The master BR is on the main level, between the kitchen and garage. There are four BRs upstairs and one bathroom. There’s an extra room on the main level that’s useful as an office or nursery. The backyard is flat and has an area for a trampoline if you have one. Carpet upstairs and hardwoods down. We recently had the carpets cleaned, but we have kids, so they’re not perfect. Other than that, it’s ultra clean and move in ready.
